Returns Made Easy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase from Hurley.com, you can return it within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We currently do not offer exchanges. All online purchases must be returned by mail — they cannot be returned in-store. Wetsuits must also be returned by mail.
Return Instructions
Click the button below to start your return. You'll be able to choose a printable label or a QR code. Find your nearest drop-off location here.
Mail-in returns: Include your packing slip in the box and attach the pre-paid label, or use your QR code at drop-off. A $5.00 per item fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our label.
In-person returns (FedEx/AfterShip): No printing or packaging needed. Just bring your item(s) and QR code to the drop-off location. A $4.50 per item processing fee will apply.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
Wrong or Defective Item?
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, email us at Hurley.US@unitedlegwear.com and we’ll help you out. Return shipping may be covered.

'Final Sale' Policy
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
All FINAL SALE items are new and authentic Hurley products. While offered at a significantly reduced price, they maintain the same quality standards expected of Hurley merchandise. Please review product details, descriptions, and sizing carefully before making your purchase.
Due to the nature of FINAL SALE promotions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
We recommend reviewing size guides and product information carefully before completing your purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Expect a refund within 7–30 days after your return is received.
