Returns Made Easy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase from Hurley.com, you can return it within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders placed between 11/21/2024 and 12/31/2024 are eligible for return until 1/31/2025.

We currently do not offer exchanges. All online purchases must be returned by mail — they cannot be returned in-store. Wetsuits must also be returned by mail.

Return Instructions

Click the button below to start your return. You'll be able to choose a printable label or a QR code. Find your nearest drop-off location here.

Mail-in returns: Include your packing slip in the box and attach the pre-paid label or use your QR code at drop-off. A $5.00 per item fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our label.

In-person returns (FedEx/AfterShip): No printing or packaging needed. Just bring your item(s) and QR code to the drop-off location. A $4.50 per item processing fee will apply.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Wrong or Defective Item?

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, email us at Hurley.US@unitedlegwear.com and we’ll help you out. Return shipping may be covered.

Returning Non-Apparel Items

Items like paddle boards, scooters, bikes, umbrellas, and chairs can be returned, but:

• A 10% restocking fee applies
• You cover shipping costs (not refundable)

To start a return for these items:

1. Email Hurley.US@unitedlegwear.com with your order number
2. We’ll send return instructions and a return number
3. Ship unused, unopened items with the return number included

Returns missing the return number or with opened/used products may be denied.
